Information on the processing of personal data

The current legislation on the processing (I) of personal data defined in compliance the provisions contained in the EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 Aprii 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereafter "EU Privacy Regulation") contains provisions aimed at ensuring that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedoms of naturai persons, with particular regard to the right to protection of personal data


1. Purpose of the processing

In fulfillment of the obligations established by current legislation, we inform you that DE BERNARDI SRL, Data Controller (hereinafter also the "Data Controller"), processes your personal data in order to stipulate the contract, fulfill the contractual obligations, complete all the activities nec essarie or useful for the management of the commercial, contractual and economie relationship between Customer and Supplier.


2. Processing methods and data retention times

The treatment will be carried out, both with paper doouments and / or with the aid of electronic instruments, according to principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, so as to protect at any time the confidentiality and rights of the interested party in compliance with the provisions of current legislation .

Your data will be stored, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, for a period of time no longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed and in particular the data will be kept for the times defined by the legislation of reference as well as, at the termination of the supply relationship, for the ten-year term for the conservation of only data of a civil law nature.


3. Nature of the contribution and possible consequences of the refusai

All personal data collected in the context of this processing, also through third parties, are strictly functional to the signing of the contract and the management of related obligations (such as the invoicing of the materials provided, the recovery of any credits, the fulfillment of tax obligations, accounting and administrative).

The collection of part of the data, such as those essential to identify the customer and the place of delivery of the materials / Services , is mandatory in accordance with the current contractual and regulatory provisions. The failure to collect determines the impossibility of stipulating the contract.


4. Persons authorized to process your data - Communication and dissemination of data

The personal data collected are processed by the personnel in charge who needs to have knowledge of them in the performance of their activities and by external subjects who may act according to the case as co-owners or controllers.

Your personal data may be disclosed to banks (in the cases provided) for the management of payments and receipts, to third parties charged with the execution of activities connected and instrumentai to this processing, to authorities, public administrations and third parties in fulfillment of legai obligations.

The Data Controller also reserves the right to transfer your personal data to a third country on the basis of the adequacy decisions of the European Commission or on the basis of the adequate guarantees required by current legislation.
